Olivia Brown

Olivia was appointed to the role of Executive Vice President, Global Head of Neurotoxins in April 2025.

She is responsible for leading Ipsen’s global neurotoxins franchise, overseeing strategy and execution across both therapeutic and aesthetic indications.

Olivia brings over 20 years of global leadership experience in pharmaceuticals and medical aesthetics, with a strong track record in business transformation, market expansion, and product launches. Most recently, she was at Novartis, where she led the establishment of a new therapeutic area in Allergy & Immunology. Previously, she held senior leadership positions at Merz Aesthetics and Galderma.

She holds an MBA from City St. George’s, University of London, and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Geneva.
